# Sponsors

> Manage sponsor logos and where they appear.

**Settings → Sponsors** holds a single library of sponsor logos that you can show across your public org page and any of your event pages.

## Add a sponsor

1. Click **Add sponsor**.
2. Fill in **name**, **website**, and upload a **logo** (PNG with transparency preferred).
3. Pick **visibility**:
   * **All events** — appears on every event page and your org page.
   * **Specific events** — choose events from a multiselect.
   * **Org only** — appears on your public org page, not on event pages.
4. Toggle **active** off to temporarily hide without deleting.

Riders see sponsors in the footer of your public pages and in event landing-page sponsor grids.
