# Organizers overview

> What you can do with a Time2Bike organization.

A **Time2Bike organization** is the workspace your team uses to publish events, sell registrations and merch, run live timing, and publish results.

Most organizers work through these surfaces:

* **Organization dashboard** — recent activity, upcoming events, revenue.
* **Events** — registration pages, races, questions, waivers, bibs, timing, results, analytics.
* **Pricing** — schedules, discount codes, redemptions, refunds.
* **Merch** — products, variants, orders.
* **Series** — multi-event championships with shared plates.
* **Volunteers** — opportunities, shifts, rewards, race-day check-in (per event).
* **Imports** — bulk import contacts, registrations, and results from other platforms.
* **Settings** — org profile, team, sponsors, waivers, Stripe payouts.

## Roles inside an organization

Invite teammates from **Settings → Team**. Each member has one of:

* **Viewer** — read-only access to events, registrations, and analytics.
* **Editor** — create and edit events, races, pricing, merch.
* **Manager** — everything editors can do, plus billing, team, and series.

The user who creates the org is automatically the first manager.

## Where money moves

Time2Bike uses **Stripe Connect**. Riders pay through Stripe Checkout and funds settle into your connected Stripe account on Stripe's normal payout schedule. You connect Stripe once under **Settings → Billing**; nothing else collects rider payments.
