# Redemptions

> When and where your discount codes were used.

**Pricing → Redemptions** is an append-only audit log of every discount code that was applied.

\[IMAGE: /organizations/\[id]/pricing/redemptions → redemptions table]

Each row shows:

* **Code** — what was redeemed.
* **Target** — `registration` (a race entry) or `merch` (a store order or add-on).
* **User** — the rider's email (or `Guest` for not-yet-registered checkouts).
* **Discount** — dollars off.
* **Event** — which event the cart targeted (blank for generic store orders).
* **Redeemed at** — timestamp.

## Why it's separate from the codes list

* One code can have many redemptions; this is the firehose.
* If a registration is later cancelled or refunded, the redemption row stays — your audit trail is preserved.
* Use the search to investigate "who used `STAFF2025` and when".

## Export

**Download CSV** exports the visible rows.

Top-of-page tallies show **total dollars discounted** and **unique codes used** in the current view.
