Time2Bike sends a small, predictable set of emails — receipts, confirmations, and results. It isn’t a marketing tool, so keep using whatever you already send newsletters with.

To organizers
Who it comes from
Email arrives from Time2Bike, not from your own address. Rider-facing emails carry your organization’s name and a link to your public page in the footer, so it’s clear whose race it is.
Put your own contact address in your event description and on your
organization page. Riders reply to race emails, and you want those replies
reaching you rather than bouncing off a no-reply address.
Opting out
Riders can disable all non-essential email under Account → Privacy. Receipts and confirmations are not opt-out-able — they’re transactional and required.
Branding
Your organization’s name, logo, and brand color are inserted automatically. Writing your own email templates isn’t available yet.
