Time2Bike sends a small, predictable set of transactional emails. There is no marketing email infrastructure — bring your own ESP for that.

To riders

WhenSubject
Registration confirmed”You’re registered for [Event]” — receipt + race details.
Registration updated”Your [Event] registration was updated”.
Refund issued”Refund processed for [Event]”.
Merch order confirmed”Order #N — [Org]”.
Merch order fulfilled”Your order is ready / shipped”.
Results published”Your [Event] results are live”.
Rider invite”Join Time2Bike to complete your registration” (when an organizer manually adds a rider).
Sign-in code (MFA)“Your Time2Bike sign-in code is [6-digit]”.
Account email changeVerification link to the new address.

To organizers

WhenSubject
Team invite”You’ve been invited to [Org]”.
Stripe action required”Update your payout details for [Org]” (mirrors Stripe’s notice).
Daily digestOptional: registrations + revenue summary (opt-in per user).

Sender

All email is sent from no-reply@time2.bike (display name: Time2Bike). For rider-facing emails the footer includes your org name and a link to your public page.

Opting out

Riders can disable all non-essential email under Account → Privacy. Receipts and confirmations are not opt-out-able — they’re transactional and required.

Templates

Email templates are currently fixed. Custom branding and per-org template editing is on the roadmap. Today, your org name, logo, and primary color are inserted automatically.
