separately. Pick from:

for an open-ended ride.

Two activities at once
This is the point of activities. Each one gets its own clock, so a time trial, an endurance lap ride, and a dual-slalom bracket can run at the same time under one practice — each on a different phone, with a different coach, and nobody has to coordinate. The operator screen picks the right surface per activity automatically.Timing a practice
Every practice row has a Time it button that drops you straight onto the operator screen. The practice happening today — or the next one, or the most recent — is pulled out into a loud card at the top of the page, because on a phone at the trailhead that should be the only thing you need to hit. From there, everything in the Live Timing documentation applies: recording finishes, fixing mistakes, offline capture, and so on.Calendar and list views
- Calendar — the month, with practice days highlighted. Tap a day to see what’s on it. Opens on the month that actually has something in it.
- List — grouped by month, newest first.
Seasons
Create a season (Fall 2026) and tag practices to it. Then filter the practice
list, and the clipboard, to one season at a time.
Seasons are created from the Results tab — New season.
Re-syncing the roster
The refresh icon on a practice row re-enters your current roster. Use it when athletes joined the team after you created the practice — they won’t be in it otherwise. What’s happening behind the scenes
Worth knowing, because it explains a few things you’ll see:- A practice is an ordinary event marked as a practice, hidden from every public surface. That’s why it inherits the whole timing stack unchanged.
- If your team isn’t attached to an organization, Time2Bike quietly provisions a hidden one to own your practices. You never see it, it has no Stripe account, and nothing under it can be paid for.
- Your coaches and managers are mirrored into that hidden org with the minimum permission needed to run the operator screen. Athletes aren’t — they’re the people being timed.
