Opening one rider
From Members, click anyone’s name. Their panel shows contact details, emergency contact, and medical information.!!-IMAGE-NEEDED-!! — A rider’s detail panel opened from the roster, showing contact, emergency contact, and medical sections.
The printable emergency sheet
The Emergency sheet button at the top of the roster opens/teams/[teamId]/emergency — one page, every athlete, no clicking.
It’s built for a specific moment: standing at a trailhead with no signal,
needing every phone number at once, on paper.
- Athletes missing an emergency contact float to the top, so gaps are obvious before you leave.
- Everything expands in place — usable one-handed on a phone.
- There’s a search box, and the page prints cleanly.

Where the information comes from
Two different places, with different owners and different edit rules:
That split is the important bit: medical notes given to a high-school team stay
with that team. They don’t follow the rider to another club or to an event
organizer.
Who can see it
Filling in the gaps
The fastest route is usually to ask families to complete their own rider profiles — that’s where the emergency contact lives, and it carries into every race registration too. See Your rider profile. For athletes without their own account (a common case with younger riders), a coach can enter it directly.Next
