If you’ve been sent a link to a race and you’ve never used Time2Bike before, this page is the whole thing. Six steps, about fifteen minutes.

Create an account

time2.bike/auth/register. Free, and one account covers your whole family.Confirm your email before you go any further — you can’t register for anything until you do. Check spam if it hasn’t arrived in a few minutes.Full detail: Create your account.

Understand the one confusing bit

Your account is your login. A participant (or rider profile) is a person who races. They’re not the same thing. You have one account. On it you can have several participants — yourself, your partner, each of your kids — so one parent can manage a whole family from one inbox. You’ll create your first participant during registration, or ahead of time at time2.bike/profiles.Full detail: Your rider profile.
3

Find the event

Browse time2.bike/events, or open the link the organizer sent you. Every event has a page at time2.bike/events/[slug] with the schedule, the races, and prices.Tick the races you want — you can do several in one checkout — and click Register.Full detail: The event page.
4

Work through registration

Up to five steps, in this order:
  1. Participants — who’s racing.
  2. Waivers — sign what each race requires.
  3. Questions — whatever the organizer asks (t-shirt size, category).
  4. Add-ons — merch, parking passes.
  5. Review & pay — discount code goes in here.
Questions and add-ons are skipped when the event doesn’t have any, so a simple race is three steps.Full detail: The registration flow.

Check your confirmation

You’ll get an email. Your entry also shows on your dashboard, and you’ll appear on the event’s start list at …/registrations.Full detail: Checkout & confirmation.

Race day

Pick up your number, race, and watch the results come in live at …/live. Official results land at …/results once the organizer publishes them, and they’re saved to your rider profile permanently.Full detail: Live results.

Common situations

Make a participant profile for each child on your own account. You pay once, and you keep managing their entries, waivers, and results from your login. If the other parent also needs access, share the profile with them from the participant’s Access page. See Your rider profile.
Use Invite on the participant row. Enter their email or phone, pay for them now, and they get a link to fill in their own details and sign their own waivers.See Inviting a rider.
That’s a team join code. Go to time2.bike/join, type it in, and pick who’s joining.See Join a team.
Someone entered you into a race and paid for it. Click the link to finish your part — profile, waivers, questions. No payment.See Accepting an invite.
Contact the organizer. Refund rules are set per event, and organizers handle changes from their side.
