Default view: one-day licenses
The default filter is One-day — these are the riders you are responsible for filing for. For each row you’ll see:| Column | What it is |
|---|---|
| Participant | The racer’s name. |
| Race | The specific race they entered. |
| Issuer | The sanctioning body code (USAC, UCI, CUSTOM, etc.). |
| Tier | beginner or experienced. |
| Fee | What the rider paid. |
| Submission status | Your filing status — see below. |
Filing status
Each row has a four-state status you cycle as you process the file:- Not started — collected but not yet filed.
- In progress — you’re working on it.
- Submitted — filed with the sanctioning body. You can add a reference number for the filing.
- N/A — exclude this row (e.g. you’ve reconciled it elsewhere).
Annual-license view
Toggle the filter to Annual to see riders who entered with an annual license already on file. These riders are not your responsibility — the sanctioning body already has them. They’re shown for reference (e.g. spot-checking who said they had a license).Group by participant
Switch Group by to Participant to roll up riders who entered multiple races. Useful when one person has three days’ worth of one-day fees and you only need to file once.Export
