The Races tab on an event shows every race (a.k.a. category group) you’ve created. Each race has its own registration window, pricing, waivers, capacity, and results.

Create a race

  1. Click New race in the header.
  2. Fill in:
    • Name — e.g. “Cat 1 Men”.
    • Format — mass start, time trial, downhill, enduro stages, dual slalom bracket, short track, or other. This decides which timing screen your operators get on race day.
    • Capacity — max registrants. Leave blank for unlimited.
    • Categories — comma-separated category labels (e.g. “Cat 1, Cat 2”). At least one is required.
    • Gender restriction — open to everyone, men only, or women only.
    • Team relay — toggle on for relay races (lets riders register as a team).
  3. Save.

What each card shows

  • Race name, format, and whether registration is open, closed, or closed automatically by your cutoff date.
  • Categories with current registered counts.
  • Capacity fill bar.
  • Total revenue from this race.
