Open Race → Waivers to attach waivers from your org’s Waiver library to this specific race.

Assign

Check the box next to each waiver to require it on this race. Click Save. A waiver set to Adults isn’t shown to riders under 18, and a Minors waiver isn’t shown to adults. If you need both covered, attach one of each — Time2Bike shows each rider the right one based on their birthday.

Removing a waiver

Unchecking a waiver removes the requirement for future registrations. Existing signatures stay on the registrations that have already been submitted — your audit trail is intact.
