Issue a refund

You can refund a specific registration from this page too:
  1. Click Issue refund.
  2. Enter the registration ID (or open a registration from the Event registrations page and refund from there — easier).
  3. Enter the amount (USD) and optional reason.
  4. Submit.
Time2Bike issues the refund through Stripe on the original payment method. The registration flips to refunded.

What’s logged

Each refund row stores:
  • Registration link, event, race.
  • Amount refunded (in dollars).
  • Reason (your note).
  • Issued by — the org member who initiated it.
  • Stripe refund ID for cross-referencing in your Stripe dashboard.

Use this page to reconcile your monthly Stripe statement against Time2Bike-issued refunds — every refund here corresponds to a Stripe refund on your connected account.
