Click Manual entry on the Event registrations page to register a rider on their behalf. Useful for cash/check payments at the venue or comping a sponsor. [IMAGE: /organizations/[id]/events/[eventId]/registrations → ManualEntryModal open]

Three modes

Manual entry supports three modes — pick the one that matches the situation:
  • Existing participant — the rider already has a profile (often a returning racer). Search and attach.
  • New participant — type in the rider’s details (day-of walk-up).
  • Invite — you only have an email or phone. Time2Bike creates a pending registration and emails/texts the rider to finish their own details.
A single submission can register the participant for multiple races at once via raceIds.

Form fields

What happens

  • The registration is created server-side with the operator listed as the source of record.
  • For invite mode, the rider gets an email/SMS to finish their participant details and waivers.
  • Stripe is not charged. The amount you logged shows up in revenue analytics as a manual entry.
  • Manual entries count toward capacity exactly like web registrations.
