Event → Registrations is the most-used organizer screen. It shows every registration across every race in one filterable table. [IMAGE: /organizations/[id]/events/[eventId]/registrations → full registrations table with filters and toolbar]

Columns

  • Athlete — name, gender, age bucket.
  • Email, phone.
  • Race / category.
  • Bib.
  • Amount paid.
  • Status — paid / pending / cancelled / refunded.
  • Source — web (self-serve), manual, api.
  • Registered at.
Use the column header to sort. The search box filters by name, email, or bib.

Row actions

Click a row to open the registration detail panel:
  • Custom question answers (see Custom questions).
  • Waiver signatures with version, initials, signed-at, IP, and content hash.
  • Emergency contact and address (if collected).
  • Payment timeline with discount codes applied.
From the panel you can:
  • Edit — open the EditRegistrationModal to change race, category, answers.
  • Transfer — move the registration to a different rider’s account.
  • Refund — see Editing and refunds.
  • Resend confirmation email.
  • Delete — manager-only.

Export

Download CSV exports the current filtered view with all columns plus question answers expanded into columns.

Select rows with the checkboxes for bulk email, delete, or export selected.
