Settings → Sponsors holds a single library of sponsor logos that you can show across your public org page and any of your event pages. Sponsors settings page

Add a sponsor

  1. Click Add sponsor.
  2. Fill in name, website, and upload a logo (PNG with transparency preferred).
  3. Pick visibility:
    • All events — appears on every event page and your org page.
    • Specific events — choose events from a multiselect.
    • Org only — appears on your public org page, not on event pages.
  4. Toggle active off to temporarily hide without deleting.
Riders see sponsors in the footer of your public pages and in event landing-page sponsor grids.
