Merch → Products lists every product in your store. [IMAGE: /organizations/[id]/merch → products table with status pills and price ranges]

Columns

  • Product — name and slug.
  • Price — either a single price or a min–max range when variants override the base price.
  • Variants — total variant count.
  • In stock — inventory available across all variants ( = unlimited).
  • Statusdraft, active, or archived. Only active products can be sold; draft is hidden everywhere; archived keeps history but stops new sales.
The Products and Orders tabs share a sub-nav; jump straight to Orders to fulfill what’s been paid for.

Create a product

Click New product and supply a name and a base price (in dollars). New products are created as draft with pickup fulfillment so you can finish editing before they go live. The product opens in the editor immediately — see Product editor.

Where products show up

A product can appear in two places, controlled per-product on the editor:
  • Public storefront at time2.bike/[orgSlug]/store — enabled by Show in public storefront.
  • Registration add-ons — enabled by Offer as a registration add-on plus picking the events.
A product can be in either, both, or neither. Use “add-on only” (storefront off, add-on on, with one event picked) for race-shirt-style items you don’t want sold standalone. See Store browse for the rider’s view.
